For over 35 years, the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia has been organizing Travel the World trips for the national network of councils. It offers unique tours to fascinating destinations, with outstanding access to leading experts and local guides who give behind-the-scenes commentaries and briefings. Travel in a small groups of fellow council members from across the 90+ national network who share your curiosity about the world.
WAC Philadelphia offers tours on all continents, both land tours and small-ship cruises. Experts from the fields of diplomacy, journalism, or academia accompany many tours as trip leaders. This year’s program line-up includes something for everyone: substance-rich seminar series, shorter itineraries for quicker getaways, longer trips for a more immersive experience, and even private jet trips!
